In case you haven't noticed the building is currently being painted in the majority of our common areas. Be careful of the wet paint.

We have had non-residents recently attempting to gain access to the building by following cars into the car parking areas and then attempting to gain further access to common areas from there.

Please ensure all doors are closed and locked behind you, for example those leading to the storage rooms, and please report anyone that appears to be gaining unlawful enrty to the premises to Urban Security or the Police.

Please do not dispose of furniture and other bulk items by leaving them abandonded near the bins. This incurs extra disposal costs for the building and ultimately other residents. Please arrange your own disposal of these items..
